To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a creative, responsible personality as a Food Technologist, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Monitoring and controlling the production processes in chocolate manufacturing
Preparation of recipes and mixtures according to specifications
Quality control and documentation of production steps
Carrying out laboratory activities for quality assurance
Compliance with hygiene, safety, and GMP regulations
Participation in continuous process optimization
Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a Food Technologist EFZ or comparable (e.g., Plant Operator EFZ with experience in food production)
Experience in the food industry is an advantage
Familiarity with terms such as GMP, HACCP or comparable quality standards is an advantage
Good PC skills, ideally ERP experience
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
Good German skills in spoken and written language
