• Pitching in: As a role model, you are actively involved on the sales floor and demonstrate a "hands-on mentality"

• Education: Completed training in retail
• Experience: Professional experience in branch management or in a deputy position
• Leadership competence: High-performing, motivated leader with leadership qualities
• Sales personality: Resilient, service-oriented, and with entrepreneurial flair
• Enthusiasm: With your passion for retail, we will go the extra mile together
