Technical Project Manager Infrastructure & Building Management 100% (m/f/d)

For our client, an established company in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed and highly organized individual as Project Manager Operations & Technology / Facility Management 100% (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for technical and infrastructural projects and coordinate various internal as well as external contact persons.

Tasks

• Management and control of projects with internal and external partners
• Responsibility for cost controlling and budget management
• Planning, organization, and coordination of maintenance measures
• Coordination and accompaniment of structural measures
• Support in strategic space planning
• Participation in the procurement and planning of rental spaces
• Collaboration on mobility solutions and in fleet management
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of facility management services
• Determination of short-, medium-, and long-term infrastructure needs
• Creation of corresponding investment requests
• Technical deputy for the Head of Operations & Technology
• Occasional assignments at various locations within Switzerland

Profile

• Completed vocational training and/or further education in the field of facility management, maintenance, or comparable qualification
• Good specialist knowledge in facility management and building technology
• Knowledge of fleet management is an advantage
• Experience in project management and project coordination
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong business-oriented thinking and action
• Very good organizational and coordinative skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills
• Good English or French skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Driver's license category B
• Interest in process optimization and the further development of structures
