Context ##

As an IT Procurement Manager, you will join a team in charge of IT procurement and ensure the operational management of calls for tenders, contracts, orders, and budgetary commitments, in compliance with public procurement regulations.

Responsibilities ##

• Lead IT calls for tenders and participate in adjudication processes.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts, renewals, and budgetary commitments.
• Manage IT orders and control supplier invoices.
• Administer IT request processes.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and public procurement regulations.

Profile sought ##

• Proven experience in IT procurement and mastery of the complete procurement cycle.
• SAP and ITIL certifications or diplomas mandatory, with a minimum of 4 years of experience on ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of IT environments and Swiss public procurement.
• Rigor, organization, analytical spirit, and the ability to manage multiple files.

Assets ##

• Experience in the public sector.
• Experience in IT public procurement.
• Good knowledge of contractual and financial management.
