Your main tasks ## Operations & Maintenance: • Carrying out first-level minor repairs and maintenance (doors, locks, furniture, fences, signage, etc.) • Accompanying and contact person for external service partners during maintenance and repair work • Assistance and support in office spaces as well as support in maintaining pool vehicles Logistics & Event Support • Responsibility for the order and equipment of service rooms (storage, staging) in the data center • Furniture and warehouse management as well as carrying out smaller tasks • Setting up and dismantling meeting rooms for meetings and events as well as assisting with internal events • Maintenance and upkeep of logistics equipment (e.g., forklifts, transport boxes). Coordination of drinking water procurement Cleaning, Disposal & Environment: • Organization and provision of waste disposal • Maintenance of the exterior environment (data center, roof surfaces) and carrying out winter services (during operating hours) • Representation of the cleaning team in basic, intermediate, and customer-specific cleaning as well as ensuring cleanliness standards What you bring: ## Education: • Completed apprenticeship as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or a comparable craft/technical training Further education: • Federal certificate as a janitor is a big plus Experience: • Professional experience in a comparable function Skills: • Manual skills, enjoyment of practical work, and a high affinity for operating machines (container press, cleaning machine, etc.) • Enthusiasm for maintaining green spaces and outdoor facilities • Good German language skills (English language skills are an advantage) • Personality: physically fit, resilient, and likes to actively get involved Requirements: • Driver's license category B and an impeccable reputation ## At Green, you can expect a collegial work environment where team spirit is highly valued.
