Main duties

• Preparation and laying of traditional and self-leveling subfloors.
• Realization of cement screeds and subfloors for civil and industrial flooring.
• Installation of industrial floors in concrete, resin, and quartz.
• Surface treatment and finishing of industrial flooring.
• Leveling and preparation of supports according to technical specifications.
• Application of thermal and acoustic insulating layers.
• Use of screed pumps, mechanical power trowels, and specific equipment.
• Execution of joints, smoothing, and surface finishes.
• Control of flatness and quality of the realized surfaces.
• Reading and interpretation of technical plans and drawings.
• Collaboration with the site manager and other workers present on site.
• Compliance with safety regulations and required quality standards.

Required skills

• Proven experience in the realization of subfloors and industrial flooring.
• Excellent knowledge of materials and screed laying techniques.
• Experience in the installation of industrial floors in concrete, quartz, and resin.
• Ability to use pumps, power trowels, and specific industry equipment.
• Good reading of technical drawings.
• Ability to work autonomously and organize one's own work.
• Precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and predisposition for work on construction sites.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team.

Preferential requirements

• Experience gained in the Swiss market.
• Professional training in the construction or industrial flooring sector.
• Experience in the installation of industrial resins and technical coatings.
• Category B driving license and own vehicle.
• Certificates for the use of specific machinery and equipment.
• Immediate availability.
