To strengthen our "Ident Center" team, we are looking for a Clerk Identification 20 - 50 % (Evening / Saturday) effective immediately. In this role, on behalf of our clients, primarily banks, you will take over the online identification of their customers. This serves the creation of various bank applications such as account opening, credit cards, etc. Assignments take place mainly in the evening and on Saturday, occasionally also during regular opening hours. Opening hours Monday to Saturday from 07.00 – 22.00. Your main tasks include: • Receiving video calls for the online identification of customers in the languages DE and EN (FR/IT an advantage) • Checking the online identifications performed by team colleagues • Various administrative tasks We are looking for goal-oriented and motivated personalities with communication skills and tact.
