Your Play

• Independent management and coordination of IT projects from requirement gathering through planning, implementation and testing to handover to operations, including coordination of internal stakeholders and external service providers. Conception, installation, configuration and operation of Microsoft server infrastructures
• Responsibility for project planning, deadlines, tasks, risks, documentation and regular reporting to the Head of IT or relevant stakeholders
• Support of central Microsoft services such as Active Directory, group policies, DNS, DHCP, file and print services as well as other Windows server roles
• Active participation in the further development of the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment
• Support and further development of Identity & Access Management with Microsoft Entra ID
• Analysis of technical malfunctions, coordination of troubleshooting as well as cooperation with external service providers and technology partners
• Support of the first-level support including regular on-call duties
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, operating manuals and standardized work instructions

Our Rules of the Game

• Higher completed education in the field of informatics, preferably systems engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a broadly based IT infrastructure or systems engineering function and practical experience in the management and implementation of IT projects
• Sound practical experience in the setup, configuration and operation of Microsoft server & client infrastructures, Linux experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge in the operation and administration of Microsoft-based IT environments, especially Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Basic knowledge of network technologies, DNS, DHCP and virtualization
• Very good German skills as well as good technical English skills
