HVAC Team Leader (M/F) at 100% YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Within our design office, you will play a key role in the design, management, and success of large-scale HVAC projects, for both public and private clients. You will intervene in varied achievements, ranging from complex projects to more targeted mandates, with true technical autonomy. · Imagine, design, and supervise ambitious and innovative HVAC projects. · Ensure the technical and financial monitoring of your mandates, with a global and responsible vision. · Supervise and support a team of project managers and planners, by effectively distributing tasks. · Coordinate work with companies and guarantee the quality of execution. · Advise Clients and architects to define the most relevant technical solutions. · Ensure technological monitoring in order to integrate the best practices and innovations of the sector YOUR PROFILE . Engineering degree in a technical field of HVAC, sanitary, or thermal engineering, or training deemed equivalent. · Basic training completed with postgraduate training in project management. · 5 to 10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects · Experience in HVAC design of buildings of the residential or industrial type. · Mastery of financial project management and IT and office tools. · Customer orientation, interpersonal ease, and excellent quality of listening, communication, and negotiation. · Decision-making capacity and leadership. · Mastery of AutoCAD. · Knowledge of Revit: an appreciated asset jpid4ff5c8ajm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
