The directed school of Thayngen is a progressive and dynamic school where teaching is integrated. In several sites, approximately 700 motivated children and young people learn together with very committed and experienced teachers. The Thayngen school operates according to the "School workplace" concept, which places great importance on the development of transversal skills. During the self-learning time integrated into teaching, students have the possibility to work on the learning content of different subjects according to their personal level or to improve their basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic and foreign languages.
