Your area of responsibility Responsibility for personnel administration from entry to exit Support and collaboration in the entire recruitment process Preparation and processing of monthly payroll processing Advice to employees and managers on HR matters Collaboration in the optimization of HR processes and administrative workflows Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations and other HR documents Support in general personnel projects and organizational tasks Your profile Further training as an HR Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg.
