? Childcare Specialist EFZ 60% wanted ? Do you accompany children with heart, patience and much sensitivity through their everyday life? Do you maintain an overview even when it gets livelier, enjoy working independently and lend a hand where you are needed? Then we could fit well together. ? For our Kita fräch Dachs we are looking for as of 1. November or by arrangement a - Childcare Specialist EFZ 60% With us, the child is the center of attention. Therefore, we wish for a specialist who meets children lovingly, patiently and at eye level and gives them security, comfort and space for development. At the same time, we are looking for someone who actively shapes the daycare everyday life, takes responsibility and remains calm and solution-oriented even in lively situations. What you bring with you ? Completed training as Childcare Specialist EFZ ? A loving, patient and appreciative manner with children - An independent, efficient and reliable way of working ? Very good German skills in speaking and writing ??? Joy in contact with parents and a confident, friendly appearance in customer contact ? Sense of responsibility and the ability to think ahead and show initiative ? Resilience, flexibility and a cool head - even when it becomes turbulent ?
