For our team, we are looking for motivated, service-oriented and technically savvy personalities as

Allrounder Cinema, Bar/Catering, Bowling and Projection (m/w/d)

for immediate start or by arrangement, for shifts during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays on an hourly basis. We are particularly dependent on flexible support in the evenings and on weekends. Assignments are on call – depending on operational needs.

Your area of responsibility

• Friendly, proactive and sales-oriented guest care and consultation
• Active sale and recommendation of our entire shop, cinema and bar assortment
• Preparation and professional serving of drinks and snacks in the sports bar
• Ensuring a high level of service as well as compliance with hygiene regulations
• Admission control and cleaning work between screenings
• Inventory management including goods control and compliance with expiration dates
• Responsibility for the cash stock and correct accounting
• Ensuring image, sound, light, climate and screen content quality in all halls
• Training and support of our new employees
• Handling, control and administration of film and event content (DCP, Keys, Playlist)
• Technical support of events in the areas of audio, light, projection, presentation technology and media playback

Your profile

• We cater to our guests 7 days a week, therefore we require your readiness for evening and weekend shifts and you are ready to step in flexibly if needed
• You have experience in the service, gastro and service sector and bring understanding as well as interest in technical processes
• Strong communication skills with very good German skills; other languages are an advantage
• With your open, cheerful manner, you inspire our guests and actively approach them
• Joy in active sales as well as the motivation to present and recommend our products convincingly
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working with high speed and awareness of efficiency
• Even in hectic situations, you remain calm, keep an overview and act proactively
• You enjoy working in a team, show active helpfulness and share your knowledge proactively
• Excellent manners as well as a well-groomed appearance
• Taking responsibility and an organized way of working are a matter of course for you
