Joining the FER Genève means joining a reference institution and contributing every day to bringing the Geneva economy to life. ### Job Description Your mission: You will ensure the monitoring of the operation of the FER Genève buildings, as well as various works related to the installations and equipment of the buildings. You play an essential role in the smooth daily functioning of our infrastructures, intervening on varied missions combining maintenance, technical support and equipment management. Main responsibilities: * Perform monitoring of breakdowns inherent to the buildings. * Coordinate routine maintenance work (preventive) and repair work (curative). * Monitor the services of intervening companies, control the quality of the work and accept the works. * Perform periodic inspections of the works. Analyze malfunctions and propose remediations. * Assist and occasionally replace colleagues on other tasks. * Guarantee the accuracy of the FER Genève building plans and keep them constantly up to date. * Ensure the evacuation of rubbish and waste. * Perform errands and external transport. * Ensure regular standby and on-site interventions in case of technical alarm. * Provide occasional on-call service. ### Sought Profile Qualifications: * You hold a CFC in operations or a title deemed equivalent. * You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function. * You master building techniques as well as building safety rules. * You hold a category B driver's license for professional travel. * You master safety standards as well as SIA standards. Aptitudes and skills: * Sense of service, availability and listening to internal needs, importance of quality of service and well-being offered to clients. * Ability to explain a technical situation simply. * Collaboration with internal services and external providers. * First-degree technical versatility (basic electricity, small plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, painting). * You demonstrate perseverance in the execution of your tasks and are perfectly autonomous. * You demonstrate flexibility and integrity. * You possess a good team spirit.
