Service Staff 100% (m/f/d)

Alp Stätz is located in the middle of the Lenzerheide-Valbella ski area. The 600 seats are distributed across a sun-drenched terrace, a cozy restaurant with an open fireplace, and a lounge. The menu features traditional dishes, as well as Mac’n’Cheese or juicy spare ribs from the grill. To wind down the skiing day, people meet in the bar for après-ski – with live music or a DJ.

Service Staff 100% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
– You are directly responsible for welcoming and looking after the guests
– You ensure a smooth service process, advise guests on questions, and take care of their wishes and concerns
– In delicate situations, you behave calmly and professionally and always maintain our quality standards

YOUR PROFILE
– Ideally, you have sound training and/or experience in gastronomy
– You can inspire guests with your warm, well-groomed, and confident manner
– You are uncomplicated, stress-resistant, and do not lose your overview in hectic situations
– You see taking on more responsibility as a challenge and enjoy thinking outside the box
