Area of responsibility • In close coordination with the respective development engineers, you define and concretize the project-specific EMC requirements and ensure their implementation in accordance with standards. • Based on your expertise, you develop EMC-compliant design specifications and determine the system-technical arrangement of components. • With the goal of avoiding electromagnetic interference at an early stage and clearly defining interfaces, you develop clear technical guidelines for the internal development department. • You advise and support adjacent specialist departments on technical issues related to electromagnetic compatibility and contribute your expertise in a solution-oriented manner. • You represent your topics competently in specialist working groups and actively participate in and accompany them also during project-specific implementation. • You are responsible for the planning, organization, and technical supervision of EMC tests and evaluate the results with regard to compliance with the requirements. • You perform analyses and simulations for electromagnetic compatibility using modern tools and derive well-founded evaluations from them.
