The Familien- und Generationenhaus Sonnegg offers a wide variety of courses for children and adults in the Atelier. For this, we are looking for you as Head of Atelier at Familien- und Generationenhaus Sonnegg (50%) as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement. Your tasks * Planning, implementation and supervision of generation-specific as well as intergenerational atelier courses in the Familien- und Generationenhaus Sonnegg * Networking with the work areas of the Kirchenkreis zehn * Supervision of existing courses as well as initiation of new offerings * Administration and coordination of the course offerings, including planning and creation of the half-year programs * Networking of the course leaders and relationship management with participants and guests of the house and quarter * Public relations (designing the course program booklet, managing digital media channels) Your profile * Completed training in social work, social diaconia or adult education * Experience in community management and in the development, administration and marketing of educational and event offerings in the social sector * Very good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 as well as in digital communication and social media * Strong organizational talent with joy in working with different stakeholders * Team-oriented, proactive and responsible personality with high social competence * Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working * Connection with the Reformierte Kirche and identification with its values as well as its social mandate We offer * An interesting and varied activity in a lively Kirchenkreis with an open and future-oriented team * A dynamic working environment with professional self-esteem and much passion * Creativity and personal responsibility in program design * Good integration into the team * Attractive workplace and contemporary infrastructure Are you our new Atelier management?
