For this purpose, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (f/m). In this role, you will dive into the pains, gains, and needs of our customers, design new processes and systems, and use Design Thinking as well as Lean Startup to capture requirements and successfully implement campaigns. This is what your everyday life looks like ## • The core: You are part of our Scrum team and work closely with our specialist departments and development teams to develop solutions that create real added value for our insured persons. • Together with the Product Owner, you create SAFe features and User Stories. • You formulate, visualize, and document requirements clearly, precisely, and traceably. • During implementation, you actively support the development team and assess changes to requirements and their impacts. • Together with the team, you ensure through reviews and tests that the developed solutions meet the defined requirements. • In workshops with different stakeholders - on-site and online - you work on solutions based on hypotheses and actively moderate them. What you bring with you ## • Most importantly: Willingness to learn, initiative, and an independent way of working characterize you; you are a team player with a Lean-Agile mindset. • Based on your many years of experience, agile methods in business analysis and requirements engineering are second nature to you. • You master the balancing act between customers, Product Owners, and software developers as an interface and communicate appropriately to the situation. • You independently design and moderate workshops from ideation to solution definition. • You specifically challenge subject matter and technical representatives and contribute your own expertise. • You enjoy analyzing complex issues and preparing them in a structured and visually appealing manner.
