Lehner Akustik AG is an innovative, owner-managed company with around 35 employees. We realize high-quality audio, video, and multimedia solutions for private and business customers and are also active in event technology.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced personality who manages our ongoing accounting largely independently and impresses with their reliable and efficient way of working.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of the ongoing financial accounting
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable including coding and posting
• Preparation and execution of payment transactions
• Monitoring of incoming payments as well as independent processing of the dunning process
• Regular reconciliation and control of bank, cash, and balance sheet accounts
• Management and maintenance of the fixed asset accounting
• Independent preparation of the quarterly VAT returns
• Control and posting of expense and credit card statements
• Execution of periodic closing work and collaboration on the annual financial statements
• General administrative activities in the finance area

Requirement profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in finance and accounting
• Several years of sound professional experience in independent bookkeeping
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and VAT
• Very good user knowledge in Abacus as well as confident handling of MS Office
• An exact, structured, and efficient way of working
• Independence, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
• Absolute reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness
• Team spirit, flexibility, and enjoyment of working in a lively SME
