Joiner with leadership responsibility

Activity

• Lead a team of five employees and coordinate assignments
• Continuously optimize processes within one's own area of responsibility
• Ensure production quality in daily business
• Manufacture profile bars according to customer-specific specifications
• Realize new manufacturing solutions for special semi-finished products

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or further training as a joiner EFZ
• Experience in the personnel leadership of employees
• Practice in the processing of solid wood
• Good German skills, oral and written
• Independent and clearly structured way of working
