What you achieve ##

• You independently and customer-orientedly process demanding motor vehicle claims with an international connection
• You coordinate claims settlement with international partners and ensure a high quality of settlement
• You conduct telephone and written negotiations with claimants as well as partners at home and abroad
• You examine liability and legal issues and process recourse related to agreements and legal situations
• You analyze claim cases, make well-founded decisions, and actively contribute your expertise to optimizations, quality measures, and projects

What you bring ##

• Several years of experience in motor vehicle claims processing, ideally with an international connection.
• You have fluent German and French skills in spoken and written form (mandatory); further language skills are a big plus
• Ideally, you have the Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an Insurance Specialist or a comparable further education
• You communicate clearly, with negotiation security, and appropriate to the addressee
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You are an empathetic personality with high customer orientation and value cooperation with internal as well as international partners
• You contribute with ideas and enjoy continuously developing processes and cooperation
