The restaurant Les Caves has 100 seats and offers down-to-earth cuisine based on Swiss products and a large selection of Swiss wines. In doing so, we place the utmost importance on the use of seasonal, market-fresh products. To complement our team, we are looking for, effective immediately: a service employee 80% - 100% Your tasks: • Service and care of the guests • Independent management of a service station • Operating the cash register • General mise en place activities Our requirements: • completed training in gastronomy is an advantage • several years of professional experience • communication skills, initiative, flexibility (very good German skills as well as good French skills) • assertiveness, resilience and professionalism • independent working and teamwork We offer a yearly position and block holidays (summer/winter) twice a year.
