Real estate accountant at 80%-100%
Tasks:
Processing of PPE building accounting
Control and validation of invoices
Management of bank accounts and cash flow
Management of co-owner current accounts
Establishment of PPE budgets
Management of renovation funds
Establishment of heating and service charge statements
Profile:
CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent
Minimum 2 - 3 years of professional experience in the field of real estate accounting
Interest in PPE accounting
Good knowledge of standard IT tools, Quorum (= an asset)
Organized, responsible, and autonomous person
