Restaurant Staff (a)

per 1. November 2026 or by arrangement

• You look after our internal and external guests with passion and ensure friendly, smooth guest operations
• You present our dishes and products appetizingly and support the distribution of meals
• You actively participate in restaurant operations and support apéros, banquets, as well as other internal and external events
• You take on daily orders and assist with stock management
• You carry out cleaning work and ensure cleanliness as well as compliance with food hygiene according to our internal specifications
• You are flexible in your deployment at both locations Burgdorf and Langnau

Profile

• You have completed training in gastronomy, housekeeping, or hotel management
• You enjoy working in a team, are guest-oriented, and meet people openly and friendly
• You work reliably, independently, and maintain an overview even in a lively environment
• You have very good German skills; Swiss German is an advantage in daily guest contact
• You are flexible and prepared to take on irregular shifts as well as weekend and holiday assignments
