All our machines are designed specifically for our customers, so each product is unique. Today, we collaborate with customers spread across 22 countries around the world and we have 8 subsidiaries located in Europe, Brazil, Japan and Australia.

In this capacity, we wish to welcome an Offers Coordinator to support our After-Sales and Machine Maintenance team.

THIS OPPORTUNITY INVOLVES SEVERAL TASKS INCLUDING: ####

. Management & Elaboration of Offers: Handling requests, calculating costs/margins, preparing financial offers and final validation with the Sales Manager.
. Coordination & Interface: Key link between the technical office, project managers, subsidiaries, production, finance and customers to validate the feasibility of requests.
. Administrative Management & ERP: Rigorous monitoring in the ERP (Sage X3) and documentary tools (Therefore), as well as active participation in system migration tests.
. Data & Continuous Improvement (Secondary mission): Establishment and updating of procedures, tool automation, creation and updating of dashboards (Power BI) and production of monthly activity KPIs.
. Ensure relations with subsidiaries, customers and agents according to instructions.

IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE COLLABORATION, WE IMPERATIVELY REQUIRE: ####

. Bachelor or Master - Engineering or Business Administration
. Minimum 3 years of previous successful experience in an industrial environment.
. English level C1
. Availability for occasional travel / trips.
. Proficiency in German is a serious asset.
