From 01 November 2026, we are looking for temporary reinforcement for 4 months in the area of Tumor Board data management.

YOUR TASKS ##

• You are responsible for the registration of patients for the Tumor Board using the medical software C37 as well as for the program distribution
• You actively participate in the Tumor Board and take over the minutes/protocolling
• You create the billing for the Tumor Board
• You document cancer treatments using tumor software (ODSeasyNet, Adjumed)
• You work closely with attending physicians as well as their MPAs
• You assist in the preparation of audits and also participate in them

YOUR PROFILE ##

• You have training in the healthcare sector or several years of professional experience in this environment
• You have knowledge of oncological processes and terminologies
• You are proficient with digital applications and structured data management; experience with tumor documentation software would be a big plus
• You describe yourself as a reliable and resilient personality, with a high sense of quality and an independent way of working
• You speak fluent German

Working hours: You are available/present all day on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Additionally, you are present on Thursday mornings from 07:00.
