Since 1979, we have been supporting private and institutional owners in the areas of management, valuation, brokerage, and consulting. To continue our healthy growth and to specifically strengthen our leadership structure, we are looking for an experienced personality who will take over the leadership of our rental properties team and further develop the quality of our management together with the management.

Your tasks

• You lead the rental properties team personally and professionally.
• In addition to your leadership task, you manage selected residential and mixed-use rental properties with a clerk position as support.
• You create clear priorities, support the team with demanding cases, and ensure reliable processes.
• You maintain direct contact with owners, caretakers, and other partners.
• You accompany new mandates and ensure their orderly integration into our processes.
• You develop our processes and quality standards in a practical manner.
• Depending on experience, you additionally take over the professional management of the condominium ownership area.
• You work closely with the management and actively contribute to the further development of the company.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in real estate management and know the requirements for professional mandate management.
• You possess the Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager, the Federal Diploma as a Real Estate Fiduciary, or an equivalent further education.
• You bring leadership experience or have the potential and motivation to take on leadership responsibility in the near future.
• You act in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with high dynamics.
• You communicate bindingly and with style, and you encounter different stakeholder groups with calmness and clarity.
• Experience in the management of condominium ownership is welcome but not mandatory.
• Proficient use of Rimo R5.
• Completion as a vocational trainer is desirable and an advantage, or willingness to complete it.
