Hotel Receptionist

Start date: 04.01.2027 Contract type: CDD – winter season (04.01.27 to 31.03.27) We are an appart’hôtel comprising 43 apartments and 13 rooms, with a restaurant, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam bath. In order to strengthen our team for the summer season, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic receptionist. Your main missions: Welcoming customers Check in / Check out Ensuring the follow-up of present customers and their satisfaction Management of reservations and offers (individuals, groups, tour operators) Various administrative tasks Collaborating with different tourism service providers Your profile: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position Sense of welcome, pleasant character and neat presentation Mastery of languages (French-English), German a plus Benefiting from good knowledge of common IT tools (knowledge of Protel an asset) Excellent stress management
