Your role: You lead our building services planning and thus take on a key role in the company. You bring structure to complex projects and drive innovation forward. Specifically, this means: • You lead and further develop our planning team • Quality and punctuality of our HVAC projects is in your hands • From concept to commissioning, you actively participate in planning • You are the interface between project management, assembly, and external partners and customers • Standards and processes are further developed and implemented by you What you bring • Training as a building services planner, technician HF or engineer FH • More than 5 years of experience in building services planning – ideally with leadership responsibility • High technical knowledge and willingness to learn • Hands-on mentality: you tackle things • Networked thinking, reliability, and structured working • Very good CAD knowledge • Are you ready to take on responsibility with heart and attitude and make a difference?
