The Tribunal de l'arrondissement de la Sarine is the court of first instance competent for the district of Sarine, in the canton of Fribourg. This bilingual court employs approximately sixty collaborators who contribute daily to the proper functioning of justice and the service of the population. It sits in civil and criminal matters and also assumes the competencies of several specialized jurisdictions, such as the tribunal des Prud'hommes or of leases.
