The social advisory center SoBZ is a versatile regional advisory center under the responsibility of a communal association. Professional guardianship in child and adult protection constitutes an autonomous specialized field alongside individual, couple, family, youth and addiction counseling, economic social assistance, school social work, as well as mother and father counseling/early childhood counseling.

SoBZ Willisau-Wiggertal is in an exciting, future-oriented phase of transformation and growth: starting from the beginning of 2027, our organization will be present not only in Willisau but also in Dagmersellen. As part of this growth, we are looking for, by agreement, an experienced specialist to shape this new combined specialized center.

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST MANDATE MANAGEMENT | 80% ##

Here are the responsibilities you will assume

• Examination of guardianship mandates regarding social security benefit entitlements, identification of optimization potentials, as well as management of own professional guardianship mandates (approx. 30%).
• Advising and supporting professional guardians in complex social security law issues and mandate situations.
• Development of specialized bases, work aids, and standards for mandate management.
• Ensuring the transfer of specialized knowledge and the continuous development of knowledge management.
• Analysis and implementation of processes for the development of specialized skills.
• Participation in the continuous development of quality management.

What you bring

• Bachelor in social work as well as professional experience in the field of guardianship or mandate management; supplemented by the federal diploma of specialist in social insurance or an equivalent training. In-depth knowledge of the Swiss social security landscape as well as experience in a comparable specialized and advisory function.
• Autonomous and structured way of working as well as communication adapted to the public, capacity for cooperation and counseling.
• Analytical mind, sound judgment as well as awareness of quality and processes.
• Sense of responsibility, integrity and capacity to persuade.
