The Service social de Lausanne provides social and financial support to the people of Lausanne. It is composed of the Agence d'assurances sociales (AAS) and the Centre social régional (CSR) responsible for applying the loi sur l'action sociale vaudoise (LASV) and delivering the revenu d'insertion (RI) in Lausanne. More than 7000 people benefit every year from assistance from the Service social, which must be both diligent and compliant with current standards. Main mission(s)
Analyze the family situations of persons requesting health insurance subsidies, upon delegation from the OVAM
Calculate rights, ensure the consistency of decisions and order the payment of subsidies to the various insurers in the canton
Welcome the insured persons and provide them with explanations regarding the decisions made as well as the processing procedures
Handle correspondence and administrative tasks of the sector
Collaborate closely with the subsidy team of the Agence d'assurances sociales, as well as with all the various municipal and cantonal providers
Profile
CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent
Additional training as a social insurance generalist, an asset
Professional experience in the field of social insurance, desired
Knowledge of the health insurance field and the Vaud social system in general, an asset
Sense of responsibility, interpersonal skills and spirit of collaboration
Mastery of MS Office tools
