Facility Management Technician (f/m/d)

What you accomplish ###

• Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure optimal functioning of all technical installations at the sites
• Optimize installations so as to use energy in the most rational way possible
• Propose, manage, and execute improvement maintenance work to optimize installation performance
• Establish administrative monitoring of breakdowns as well as work reports on a computer system
• Be willing to assume on-call services according to a schedule defined in advance

What you bring ###

• Bildung: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialization: CFC electrical installer, automation technician, or training deemed equivalent
• Professional experience: Experience in the maintenance and repair of machines and technical installations
• Autonomous, curious, and solution-oriented
• Good communication and human skills
• Sense of organization and analytical spirit
• Knowledge in building technology
• Driver's license
• French (B1)
• German (A2)
