We are looking for a FAT & Customer Inspection Coordinator to complement our team and ensure the professional planning, coordination, and execution of customer acceptances at our plant. In this role, you will make an important contribution to a positive customer experience and ensure that projects, inspections, and Factory Acceptance Tests are implemented smoothly. Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG in Reinach develops and produces flow measurement devices used worldwide and is a central production site within the Endress+Hauser Group. What is the role about? Do you enjoy working daily with customers and inspectors from all over the world? Do you maintain an overview even when multiple appointments, orders, and requirements must be coordinated simultaneously? Do you feel comfortable in a role where organizational talent, communication, and service orientation are crucial? Then a versatile interface function in the production environment awaits you, in which you, together with customers, Sales Centers, and colleagues from production, logistics, quality assurance, and technology, ensure the successful execution of customer acceptances. The position is located at Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG and combines customer contact with project coordination and administrative responsibility. Which tasks will you undertake? You will: • Schedule, prepare, and coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in coordination with customers, Sales Centers, and internal specialist departments. • Support customers and inspectors on-site and ensure a professional and customer-oriented process. • Process customer orders, monitor them, and guarantee timely communication with our customers. • Work together with production, logistics, quality assurance, and technology to successfully implement customer acceptances. • Create, maintain, and track FAT-relevant documents, test reports, and evidence. • Coordinate processes surrounding customer inspections and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience. What do we expect from you? You: • Have completed basic training and technical further education. • Bring a high level of customer and service orientation as well as an empathetic approach to different contact persons. • Ideally have gained experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Manage multiple tasks and appointments simultaneously and set priorities reliably even in a dynamic environment. • Communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written. • Use Microsoft 365 routinely and work in a structured and careful manner with digital tools.
