The Kinderheim Titlisblick houses children from social emergencies. The children are between 0 - 7 years old. Kinderheim Titlisblick is open 365 days and nights a year and offers space in an emergency reception unit and three residential groups for a total of 27 children.

As of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for the emergency reception unit

You succeed in shaping demanding relationships professionally and benevolently. You look forward to helping to shape an exciting task in an inpatient environment within a motivated team.

• Training as a Specialist in Care
• Professional experience in the inpatient child or youth sector desired
• A resource- and solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
• Interest in trauma-pedagogical issues
• Commitment to the support and promotion of children with distressing biographies and their systems of origin
• Willingness to deepen knowledge in the Marte Meo methodology
• Teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility
• Willingness for flexible working hours including weekend shifts (no night shifts)
