Kanton Schaffhausen, Steuerverwaltung The cantonal tax administration is responsible for the enforcement of cantonal tax legislation, the partial collection of state and municipal taxes, the collection of direct federal tax, and the refund of withholding tax. It supervises and provides technical support to the municipal tax administrations.
