For the further development of our marketing, we are looking for a dynamic, technology-oriented and strong leadership personality who takes on responsibility and sets new impulses.

Your tasks:

• Leadership and further development of the Projects & Campaigns team with clear goals, priorities and responsibilities, primarily for the SPAR channel
• Responsibility for the planning, implementation and evaluation of our marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels
• Management of cross-departmental marketing projects considering deadlines, budgets, resources and quality
• As a central interface, you coordinate internal specialist departments, the content team as well as external agencies and partners
• Together with your team, you are responsible for communication and advertising measures such as POS activities, print products, flyers and the SPAR Friends Community platform
• Analysis of relevant key figures as well as continuous further development of campaigns and processes
• Use of new digital technologies, automation and AI where they create real added value

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of marketing or a comparable education or further training
• Several years of experience in marketing and project management as well as leadership experience
• Strong ability to motivate employees, develop them further and delegate responsibility to them
• High technology and digital affinity as well as active interest in new developments in the marketing and AI sectors
• Combination of strategic thinking and hands-on mentality as well as the ability to make clear decisions even in a dynamic environment
