Job Description ##

You possess comprehensive specialist knowledge in the field of plant care and have already gained experience in personnel management. Personal contact with our customers is important to you, and you appreciate a working environment in which you are surrounded by long-standing and experienced employees. In this role, you are not only responsible for the care and design of gardens, but also for advising our customers regarding the best plant selection and care practices. Your ability to contribute innovative ideas and find creative solutions will be highly valued in this position. Furthermore, you are able to argue convincingly and successfully conduct negotiations with demanding customers.
