Business Partner Finance (m/f/d) Sushi Mania, the Swiss leader in fresh sushi and ready-to-eat Asian products, is looking for a business partner finance with an entrepreneurial spirit within Fresh Food & Beverage. You will drive finance, accompany transformation, strengthen transparency, support integration, and identify growth and margin levers. What you accomplish ?Responsible for all management controlling of Sushi Mania, including budgeting and forecasting processes. ?Interlocutor and thought partner for general management and site management on all business management issues, as well as active support in strategic and operational business decisions. ?Development and improvement of monthly management reporting, including the formulation of action recommendations. ?Execution of profitability, economic viability, and scenario analyses in order to solidly support entrepreneurial decisions. ?Responsible for the administrative and commercial matters of the company. ?Support in the harmonization and integration of financial and operational processes, as well as financial monitoring of the implementation of a new SAP system. ?Interface with group functions and the "Accounting" shared services center, as well as active participation in matters related to compliance, governance, and risk management. ?Commercial support for investment and transformation projects. What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) Specialization: ?Business management, finance, management controlling or similar field Professional experience: ?at least 5 years ?Management controlling, financial partnership or equivalent commercial position Solid experience in business-oriented management controlling, with a strong business partnership spirit. Excellent mastery of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. ?Experience in SAP environments; experience in the implementation of SAP solutions or in transformation projects is an advantage. ?Good knowledge of accounting as well as in matters of collaboration with Shared Services Centers. ?Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to act with a focus on results, as well as strong analytical skills, a practical sense, and a great ability to carry out projects. ?Ability to clearly present complex situations, to advise decision-makers, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ?A keen sense of initiative and the pleasure of actively participating in the implementation of changes, as well as evolving in a dynamic environment, halfway between SME culture and large group structures.
