Technician for customer trials and setup (M/F)

Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed-term Reference 41287 Published on 09/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### In this position, you will work on the analysis of test requests, preparation of tools, programming of 5-axis machining as well as the manufacture of test pieces. You will participate in the setup of machining processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and technical requirements of the specification sheet. Main responsibilities: • Analyze plans, technical drawings and specification sheets related to test requests • Prepare the necessary tools for the manufacture of test pieces • Perform 5-axis machining programming • Manufacture test pieces in accordance with the requested specifications • Ensure the setup of machining processes according to the technical requirements of the specification sheet • Research and propose technical solutions that meet customer requirements Profile ### Desired profile: • CFC in polymechanics or equivalent training • At least 5 years of experience in machining on 5-axis machines • Mastery of FAO programming of complex parts • Good analytical spirit and marked interest in researching technical solutions • Ability to work on specific customer requests and respect a technical specification sheet • Rigorous, methodical, autonomous and solution-oriented person Benefits: • A modern and dynamic work environment • A technical and varied position • An evolving salary Technician for customer trials and setup (M/F) / Fixed-term
