Wood construction project manager

On behalf of one of our clients, the agency OKJOB Nyon is looking for a:

Wood construction project manager

• Have basic training with a CFC as a carpenter or equivalent
• Higher education as a foreman, technician, or wood engineer
• You have confirmed professional experience of at least 3 years
• Be comfortable with IT tools (Cadwork, office software, etc..)
• You are organized, involved, autonomous and precise
• You have an entrepreneurial personality focused on the "client" while taking into account the stakes of the entire company
• You will hold the project manager function, thus having the main responsibility of project monitoring
• You will be in permanent contact with the works management and will establish execution plans, but also the ordering of materials, while respecting budgets.
• You will also be responsible for the preparation of technical, production and installation files.
• Finally, you will coordinate manufacturing and installation with the production manager to then finish with the quality control of the finished work.
