The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and sells pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food, and cell or DNA research industries.

What you can achieve:

• Leading projects of varying complexity in custom plant engineering within the area of Liquid Handling/laboratory automation
• Leading project teams in a matrix organization
• Creation of the project plan
• Coordination of tasks and responsibilities
• Responsibility for monitoring and ensuring project quality, time and costs
• Interface between internal development and external project stakeholders (Sales Managers, suppliers, Field Project Leaders, Application Specialists and customers)
• Supporting the sales team during the pre-sales phase and requirement gathering
• Creation of effort estimates and offers

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical or scientific studies (Bsc or Msc)
• Professional experience in the field of custom plant engineering or the automated Life Science sector is an advantage
• This position is also suitable as an entry point for an applicant with a completed vocational apprenticeship (technical or scientific) and at least 5 years of professional experience
• Further training or certification in Project Management is desirable or the willingness to complete such further training
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, precise way of working with a quick grasp of things
• Flexible, proactive and creative personality
