Project Manager Construction and Steel Construction m/f/d

Introduction

For our client, an established company in the field of steel and facade construction, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Project Manager Steel Construction (m/f/d). In this role, you are responsible for demanding steel construction projects from technical elaboration to implementation on the construction site. You coordinate the cooperation between planning, production, and assembly and ensure compliance with quality, costs, deadlines, and safety specifications.

Tasks

• Independent management of steel construction projects including schedule, resource, and budget control
• Responsibility for contract and financial management within the managed projects
• Technical development, construction, and dimensioning of load-bearing structures and connection elements
• Execution of structural calculations as well as checking and approval of execution plans
• Coordination of material procurement, production preparation, and assembly planning
• Customer support as well as monitoring of work and quality standards on the construction site

Profile

• Completed degree in civil engineering or an equivalent technical training
• Several years of professional experience in steel construction, ideally in the field of bridges, buildings, sports facilities, or comparable engineering structures
• Sound knowledge of applicable technical standards as well as safety and environmental regulations
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with creativity, foresight, and assertiveness
