Production Quality Assurance Specialist – Hochspannungsschaltanlagen

You ensure product quality during the manufacturing of gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear and drive the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Tasks

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and specifications
• Monitor product quality during the manufacturing process and support final release
• Investigate quality problems, analyze causes, and implement corrective measures
• Evaluate quality metrics such as First Pass Yield, scrap, and rework
• Support process qualifications to ensure manufacturing processes remain stable and controlled
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues
• Create quality documentation and evaluations using SAP, Excel, and Power BI

Profile

• Technical vocational training combined with a degree as an engineer or technician (BSc/FH/HF) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable
• Several years of experience in production quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing quality
• Methodological competence in Root Cause Analysis and quality tools such as 8D, 5-Why, FMEA
• Solution-oriented way of working with rapid understanding of technical challenges
• Advanced Excel skills, SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with high-voltage systems or gas-insulated switchgear is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills
