Team Leader

Your tasks:

• Personnel management, planning, and development
• Ensuring and optimizing daily business according to ordering times
• Review of quality and performance specifications
• Support for the Warehouse Manager in the development of their own area
• Professional picking and packing of customer orders as well as general administrative work
• Training of apprentices

Your profile:

• Completed further training as an eidg. dipl. Logistikfachmann FA or equivalent further training. Training as a Logistiker/in EFZ is an advantage.
• Leadership experience
• Good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Organizational talent
• Conscientious and independent way of working as well as solution-oriented action
• Good communication skills, negotiation skills and self-motivation
• Good PC skills, incl. Microsoft Office, as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
