Are you passionate about architectural design and want to invest yourself in ambitious projects within a human-sized structure? We are recruiting for one of our clients an autonomous, involved and quality-oriented Architect

Architect 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural projects from the study phase to completion
• Prepare permit application files and follow administrative procedures
• Produce execution plans and technical details
• Coordinate the various project partners
• Ensure the aesthetic, technical and regulatory monitoring of the completions
• Participate in the preparation of tenders and the analysis of offers
• Contribute to financial monitoring and budget compliance

Profile

• Architect's degree (EPF, HES or training deemed equivalent)
• Confirmed experience in Switzerland across all project phases
• Mastery of drawing tools (type ArchiCAD, Revit or equivalent)
• Sense of detail, creativity and technical rigor
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
