Fitter or Head Fitter Metal Construction

Our client is a high-performance Swiss company specializing in steel and metal construction, operating successfully at its location in the Aargau region with around 200 employees. The company combines traditional craftsmanship with modern corporate culture and offers versatile solutions in the areas of metal construction, sheet metal technology, and other technical services. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Fitter or Head Fitter Metal Construction 80% - 100% immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Assembly of glass and metal construction according to technical specifications • Coordination and execution of assembly work on the construction site • Leading an assembly team as Head Fitter • Installation and adjustment of windows, doors, facades, and glazing • Execution of dismantling, conversion, and adjustment work • Control of dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality requirements • Collaboration in solving technical challenges • Responsibility for safety regulations as well as order on the construction site • Exchange with project management, site management, and other trades Your profile • Completed training as Metallbauer:in EFZ or Metallbaupraktiker:in EBA • Several years of experience in metal construction or assembly • Driver's license category B, ideally with trailer test BE • Good technical understanding and reading of technical drawings • High degree of responsibility and reliability • Organized, outgoing, and team-oriented personality • Flexible and solution-oriented way of working We look forward to your application documents.
