Ensure compliance with dietary regimens and directives. Participate in the computerized management of meal orders. Ensure the application of hygiene, quality, and occupational safety standards. Respect hygiene and safety rules. Your assets CFC as a cook completed by training in dietetics (CFC and/or brevet) or currently in training Good knowledge of the HACCP system and current hygiene standards Experience in a hospital setting or in collective catering, an asset Proficiency in common IT tools (Microsoft Office suite) Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities Team spirit, dynamism, and proactive attitude Interest in dietary cuisine and nutrition adapted to patients We offer you Working hours from 6h to 16h, with a 1h45 break at noon.
