Production Operator - Watchmaking

For one of our clients, a watchmaking Manufacture in the Bienne region, we are looking for an immediate:

Production Operator:

Your tasks:*

• Perform various production operations according to defined standards and rhythms
• Handle small components using tweezers and binoculars
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of production equipment
• Report important information concerning safety, quality, and performance
• Assist production leaders
• Participate in continuous improvement

Your profile:

• Experience in the watchmaking field is desired
• Available to work in 2x8 shifts
• Comfortable with the use of tweezers and binoculars
• Good manual dexterity
• Meticulous, rigorous, and conscientious person
• Comfortable with work requiring precision and concentration
• Respectful person with a good team spirit
• Values in alignment with those of the Manufacture
• Available quickly and without any holidays planned soon
