Ensure general secretariat and reception
Manage telephones, mail and emails
Provide administrative support to project managers and management
Provide support to the HR and accounting department
>>> Profile sought :
Holder of a CFC in commercial employment or equivalent, you benefit from at least 3 years of professional experience, acquired in a similar position.
You master IT tools.
Dynamic and autonomous, you also know how to organize yourself with rigor and juggle between different tasks and different interlocutors.
